Between the Appenino's mountain range and the sparkling Adriatic sea spreads up the beautiful hills of Abruzzo which seam hanging from the sky. On the top of one of these hills, the one that stands out in front of the saline valley, there is Città S. Angelo which is a medieval village which according to someone was built out over the former village called angulus, whereas according to someone else angulus spread up down the saline river and it was destroyed in 1200 A.D. by Federico and after three centuries in had been built again it was called town.
